Futura plans include single premium and multi-pay or installment plans with up to 10 years to pay. Our installment plans have a "same as cash" feature that allows early payoff within a limited period of time.

     These plans can be obtained on individuals in relatively good health from age 36 to 85.

Single premium plans require that only one simple health question be answered; our installment

plans require a second health question.
